Order processing

• We prepare PDF proofs of the front and back of your card(s) and will email these to you – these are for layout purposes only and are not necessarily colour accurate.
• For a small additional cost we can also produce colour proofs and post these to you. These will give you a much better idea from a colour perspective as to how the finished cards will look.
• Once approved, we print and deliver

Delivery times

• For Standard Service orders, 10-15 days from receipt of order
• For customers with tight deadlines, we have 2 faster services (with the same high quality) for small supplements. Please see other services for further information

Payment terms

• Existing customers - 30 days credit
• New customers - payment with order by credit card or cleared funds
